About Me & Peninsula Strength

  • I’m Rebecca Meyer, a certified personal trainer and massage therapist with over ten years of experience helping clients build strength, confidence, and long-term health.

    I train clients at Peninsula Strength, a new boutique training facility located at:

    1434 N Rollins Road
    Burlingame, CA

    Peninsula Strength is designed to offer a focused and comfortable strength training experience.

    • Beautifully designed private training space
    • Premium resistance machines and strength equipment
    • Boutique environment with only a small number of trainers and clients at a time
    • Calm, supportive setting for focused workouts

    To maintain the intimate environment, a small monthly membership is required in addition to training sessions.

    • $40 per month for individual membership
    • $20 per person for duo membership

    After your first three trial sessions, a membership form will be emailed if you decide to continue training at Peninsula Strength.
